Delivery Times

We source our products from various suppliers in the United States, Europe, and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale pricing and high-quality products with excellent design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the estimated delivery time for items shipped from international fulfillment centers is typically 2 to 4 weeks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, severe weather, customs delays, or other carrier-related issues, may cause shipping delays. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Delivery times are ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We do not accept refund requests based solely on shipping delays, as we ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide and have no control over individual shipments once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
